Dawn joined CCCAS in 2023. She has a variety of clinical, administrative and leadership roles in many diverse health care settings. She also has had extensive volunteer involvement with non-profits and served as principal investigator for multiple grants. She holds a BSN from Villa Maria College and a PhD in Organizational Leadership from Gannon University.
Kolbe joined CCCAS in 2023. She has extensive experience in a variety of counseling roles working with individuals, couples and families. She has provided effective interventions to culturally diverse clients and underserved communities. She is a licensed professional counselor and received her degree from Edinboro University.
Nanci joined CCCAS in 1994. She oversees the many satellite offices in other counties while being physical located in our DuBois office. Nanci also serves on regional and state planning committees and workgroups. She received her degrees from Penn State and Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
Nandu joined CCCAS in 2009 and is the Refugee Resettlement Director. He immigrated from Bhutan in 2008 and is active in the Erie area with numerous groups representing the immigrant population. Prior to immigrating, he was a teacher and school administrator. Nandu received his degree from Tribhuvan University in Nepal.
Tiffany started with CCCAS in 2015 and works in the St. Marys office. Her prior experience has been in school and home settings and other community organizations, primarily with teens needing support with pregnancy and parenting issues. She also is a grant writer securing funding for the organization. She received her degree from Penn State University.
Binod joined CCCS in 2022. He handles all legal aspects for clients to obtain permanent residency. Binod is from Morang, Nepal, and came to the U.S. with his family in 2009. After graduating from Charter School of Excellence in 2012, he completed his degree in from Syracuse University in 2016.
Ellen began her career at CCCAS in 2000 as an intern while pursuing her Masters degree in Social Work from Edinboro University. Following graduation, Ellen was hired in the Adoption program. She received her undergraduate degree in Counseling from Geneva College and was employed at various social service agencies in the Erie area.
Jasmine has been with CCCAS since 2022, She was born and raised in Iraq and immigrated in 2012. She received her degree at the University of Bagdad and continued her education in the United States. She provides support to our Finance Department and is active in the community for those who are in need of help and support.
Michelle has been with CCCAS for 17 years. She was employed for several years in social services as a counselor/advocate in the Erie area. Currently she works in the Accounting Department and provides general support to the staff at large. Michele received her degree from Penn State Behrend.
Michelle has been with CCCAS since 2022. She has a wide span of experience in the realm of mental health in higher education as a counselor, chaplain and spiritual advisor. She also specialized in wellness and nutrition as it applies to mental wellbeing. Michelle has a Masters degree in social work and pastoral studies from Loyola University.
Natalia joined CCCAS in 2022. She was admitted to the United States as a refugee in 2015. She has previous work experience in the mental health and healthcare arena. She also has customer services experience in her home country. Natalia received her degree at Zaporozhye Bible College, Ukraine.
Saeedullah has been with CCCAS since 2022. He is originally from Afghanistan and worked within their government, as well as UN agencies and NATO. He works with the Afghan community as a liaison to services and opportunities in the Erie area. He has a degree from Southern Alberta Institute of Technology, Calgary Canada.
Sarah began with CCCAS in 2022. She has over 25 years of experience as an international education practitioner at several colleges and universities in the U.S. She is actively involved in many organizations in the Erie area. Sarah completed her undergraduate degree from Florida State University, her master's at the University of Georgia (Athens), and her doctorate at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
Senequa joined the organization in 2022 and is available in the Erie Office. She has many years of experience in childhood development. She actively pursues material donations through diaper drives and does extensive community outreach. She has many referral sources that provide additional support for clients in anticipation of their parenting journey. She received her degree at Laurel Technical Institute.
Yves joined CCCAS in 2021. He immigrated with his family from the Democratic Republic of the Congo in 2015. He is fluent in many languages and is active in Erie community organizations that support the immigrant population. He completed his high school studies after arriving here. He continued to Gannon University and received his degree in 2021.
Bernie joined CCCAS in 2007. Bernie worked for over 43 years in many roles with at risk youth. Bernie has his undergraduate degree in Philosophy from St Mary's Seminar & University, a Masters degree from Gannon University, and Education certifications from Edinboro University. Bernie is certified as an Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor through the State of Pennsylvania.
Andrea joined CCCAS in 2022 as the Job Developer for the Match Grant Program.
Prior to her career at CCCAS, experience as social worker in the parenting program at SafeNet. Andrea has a degree from Mercyhurst University in Science and is working toward a degree in Psychology from Ashworth College in 2023.
René recently rejoined the CCCAS team and is available in the Bradford office. She had a previous position as a Permanency Specialist working with older children in the foster care system. She and her husband were resource parents for 20 years and were given awards for their advocacy work. She received her degree from the University of Pittsburgh.
Lisa has been with CCCAS since 1994 and currently works in the Bradford office. She has extensive experience working within neighboring counties and has over 26 years in the counseling and adoption fields. She received her degrees from Penn State University and St. Bonaventure University.
April has been a counselor with CCCAS since 2016 and is available in the DuBois office. She has worked in the field of sexual violence prevention, has been a substitute history teacher and is currently a GED teacher. April received her degrees from Clarion University and Penn State University.
Deb has been with CCCAS since 2020 and is based in St. Marys. She has had counseling and teaching experience in the school system as well as counseling children with academic, social and emotional concerns. She also has experience as a parent educator. She received her degree from Gannon University.
Michele Morrison is a Pregnancy & Parenting Support Specialist in our Franklin Office. She is a former local business owner and is an avid community advocacy volunteer for those who are underserved. In addition to many certifications, she received her degrees from Venango Technology Center and DuBois Business College.
