Michelle Tobin is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with master's degrees in social work and pastoral studies from Loyola University Chicago. She received her bachelor’s degree in history from the University of Michigan. Michelle specializes in wellness and nutrition for mental health. She is a certified chef from the Ballymaloe Cookery School in Ireland and teaches cooking for mental health. Michelle has trained as an Employee Assistance Professional from Catholic University of America and has worked in Employee Assistance for ten years. Michelle has extensive experience in treating young adults having worked as a clinical social worker at Mercyhurst University for ten years, Loyola University as chaplain and spiritual director, and interning at Great Lakes Naval Air Base. Michelle has received training in trauma treatment and in EMDR. She works with young adults and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, and loss, stress, marital issues, eating and sleeping disorders, employee assistance, PTSD and other trauma-related issues.
