Tshibunga "Vital" Katende joined CCCAS in 2023 first as an Interpreter and then as Case Manager. Tshibunga was born in DR Congo and raised partially there and then in Zambia. Tshibunga Katende came to the US in 2016, graduated from Erie high School in 2018 and currently pursuing his BA degree in Legal Studies from Gannon University. Previously, Tshibunga worked as a Warehouse  Manager at Green Lighting LED and Behavioral Technician for Perseus House.
