Catholic Charities Counseling and Adoption Services' directors participated in the Leadership Exploration And Development (LEAD) Workshop—a transformative learning experience designed to enhance leadership skills and foster meaningful growth within the organization. Each director brought unique insights and perspectives from various career stages, creating a rich environment for engagement, interaction, and thoughtful conversation.
Throughout the workshop, participants delved into core aspects of effective leadership, including managing intentions, navigating difficult conversations, and refining essential leadership practices.
